Well, I've noticed a lot of trannies are not very... they're just not great cooks.
And I like more elaborate projects where good time management is a thing regarding cook+clean cycles, mise-en-place, etc.

So, I want to order her around, but only to keep the ship steered. I want it to be a nice group project and generally not induce a panic attack in her. It's really nice when you get help from your partner and make something delicious.

I fairly frequently, but tactfully, will throw out casual sexism/misogyny toward my gf in a way that validates her gender identity. It is validating who you are, but in a negative or disparaging joking tone, can sometimes be more impactful than simple positive validation.
