men are typically straight. men like to look at feminine things. most men will be turned on despite genitalia if someone looks female enough. femininity is seen as submissive and subservient by default. a man who is feminine is seen by other men as a "woman" basically.
a trans girl is sexy because it's a woman but with a fun extra addition. a trans man is not sexy because it's taking away the only thing most women really care about physically in a man - most gay men also aren't attracted to masculinity alone, they need a dick attached.

in the 00s when men started to like wash their faces the term metrosexual was coined because it was seen as so bizarre for men to take care of themselves in a "womanly" way.
ergo someone born male who passes as a woman but keeps their penis is seen as sexy because the femininity outweighs the genitals.
someone born female who looks like a man but has no penis isn't seen as sexy because the masculinity doesn't outweigh the genitals.
there's also a lot of heterosexual/patriarchal belief that has persisted throughout history where the dick penetrates the vagina instead of the vagina swallowing the dick or whatever. it's complicated and not something that can be explained in a 4chan comment.
