Transsexuals and Transgender are not the same. Stop pretending like they are.
A person who thinks they are the same as me bc they take it up the ass and have long hair is just obscene. And the two shouldn't even exist.
If at all transgender just describes tbe social perception of a transexual, but the type of person the describe is one in the same.
I am a transgender. When I look in the mirror I see a woman. I have the desire for female anatomy not a fucking "gock". Those people are not trans. They can find another word. Like sissy or something.

As i said, transexual is the actual descriptor of the trait of the person. Transgender is the societal perception of a transexual. Their difference is superfluous. They are essentially the same word. I am transgender AND transexual. You cannot be transgender without being transexual
