what are your dosage and blood levels ? "hrt" means nothing in itself, it can be done so poorly that it does nothing

idk my blood levels because ive never had a blood test, but i take 12.5mg of cypro daily with 4mg een injection every 7 days

how can you check your hrt if you don't do blood levels ? Do I have to teach everything to these girls nowadays ?

So :
- your goal is around 200pg/mL estro & 0-1 testo
- to achieve that, 2 ways : either you block testo (cypro you mean androcur ? Acetate cyrpoterone ? This is proved to be linked to brain tumors, I would recommend you find somethign else) + you take estro with mid dosage
- or you pump real up estro and they will at some point disable your testo

A moderate dosage for injection is 0.10ml / shot, 1 time a week. Can up to 0.12, 0.14 depending on your bloodchecks.

Each girl reacts differently to estro so you cannot know your dosage without checking your blood.

DO BLOOD CHECKS to understand how your body reacts.

you can do squats easily with just a chair. you don't actually need a chair but it's helpful for beginners. start with sets of ten then work your way to 20. also you can do a ton of glute exercises and work your core (stomach crunches)
