Honestly, 24 is probably a good age to start trying to process that as you still have a few years at least left if you take care of yourself. I know most people here are just gonna say to troon, but obviously that’s not what you want. There’s difference between aging and aging into a fat bastard is what I’ll say. You should try AmLactin or Eucerin Urea lotion before going with my crazy ass regimen. I have it really bad on my arms, shoulders, thighs, and worst of all, my ass.
I've been trying everything. My latest regimen has been getting me the most mileage.
In the shower I use CeraVe SA Body Wash.
After showering, while I'm still wet, I apply jojoba oil, allow it to absorb, then apply TO Glycolic Acid Toner, allow it to absorb, then finally apply Cetaphil 20% Urea Lotion.
Additionally, I use the Cetaphil 20% Urea Lotion before bed every night just to be sure everything stays moist. Sometimes I'll put some jojoba oil on top of that, but I'm often lazy.
If that doesn't end up getting me as much milage as I want, I'll probably just have to get a strong prescription retionoid (i.e. tretinoin or tazarotene).

To be honest with you I'm probably an enby.
I've got gender dysphoria, it just isn't that strong since I'm a fairly feminine guy. I've known that I had it since I was 13.
I was certain I'd crack by 16, but here I am at 20, maybe even a little more feminine than I was back then. I got, really, really lucky.

The only particularly unusual thing I do is taking dutasteride. It has kept by facial hair from growing in, decreased my body hair growth, and also made my skin less oily. I'd recommend it. Tretinoin is also a good idea.
Outside of that, it's the usual. Skincare, haircare, fashion, maybe even makeup if you want it.
