haven't even transitioned but i worry about this
old age sucks for everyone but i feel like trans women are in such a strange place
especially AGAMP trans women. sagging tits and sagging balls. weak bones.
when i think whether i'd want to be john 50 or jane 50, i'd choose jane everytime
but john 80 or jane 80? i'd hate to be john 80 but won't it be hell to be jane 80? just when you most need to interact with the medical system having these weird things to think about

i still look quite young aside from my unusual natural silver hair; which came from stress and heartbreak and probably my poor health played a part

but i have the bone density and spine fractures and other issues of someone twice my age; but it all came from my bowel disease and the poor delayed treatment of it from bad obamacare policies that wasted precious early months of decline so i could fail 40ry old medications and cost taxpayers hundreds of thousands in hospital bills and then drs gave me tons of prednisone (which masced me way more than my own T ever did) and that led to osteoporosis and my spine fractures

if i had just been given a modern effective speciality biologic medicine (humira or something) i probably would have went into remission with the first year and i never would have suffered so much or ended up so disabled and crippled and in pain everyday

but i guess i kinda predicted it all anyways

when i used to daydream of my post-transition future; a recurring theme was being a frail sickly weak girl who lives in a cozy canopy bed with my beautiful wife; rarely goes anywhere; and works on music in bed

thats exactly the life i have today; and i had those thoughts if my future long before my health problems ever started to begin; since highschool i imagined my future like that

what? if you're on estrogen you are more likely to live longer than if you stayed producing T. if the estrogen you're taking is bio identical (and hardly no tranny takes non-bio identical estrogen, usually only cis women do for some reason still) there are few risks and T is much, much worse for the body.
if all things are equal, you should live much longer if you're on E rather than T. the riskiest part of HRT for trannies is the side effects of anti-androgens, but you can (and should) get an orchie after like a few years anyway because aa's are not good long term.

today my left ear is randomly shooting major pains; i hope im not getting a infection somehow; i keep them clean because i cant stand icky wax in them; i havent had an issue with my ears since i was like 10 or 12 :( may go to urgent care today
