yep you pass, im personally not a fan of fang piercings at all but theyre fine. maybe criticism is that presentation is slightly plain despite piercings that stand out, in a way that maybe stylish cis women wouldnt do (like, they would do makeup of roughly the same alt-ness)
but cis women dont always wear makeup so thats probably a flawed thought. just came to mind

i think there is some slight androgyny around your facial structure, specifically the nose and spacing above your upper lip. however very solidly feminine lips kinda carries everything. i think your hair with some different styling could tie everything together, and i agree with the other anon about maybe using thinned out brows to bring it together.
altogether i think its a styling difference that would bring you to passing, and ffs as a consideration if you want to invest in passing without styling
