my BF wants to get on E to save himself from twink death and idk how to feel about it
on one hand, hes always questioned his gender and wants to present more fem
on the other, i have no fucking clue how a 2nd puberty would be on him. Hes not the most emotionally stable person already and im afraid that the hormones will make him hate me, or worse, himself

I regularly fuck twinks/femboys. Two of them did exactly this (full on HRT) and they still hit twinkdeath and I had to dump them. It's not really possible to prevent aging realistically if it was I'd love to have a permatwink

How old were you when you started?

It should have happened a long time ago and other than being accused of being an ftm pretending to be a twink or called Ellen page twink death hasn’t happened.
Maybe it’s also running a mile a day, diet hacks and off label metformin, micro needles and a lot of topical skin stuff. Realistically I don’t expect to cheat death much longer but I said the same in the past
