it was ppt and in the us, but i don't like saying the doctor. it's probably unique on this board and especially with the rest of my stories it is.
people venerate ppt but i don't think it's required for any of what i've said. i do think it has less prolapse risk which i think is a major component of "vagina shrinking," and I do think it is the best method. I wouldn't avoid getting a vagina if it wasn't available though. (I think I would avoid colon method though).
a lot of my experience is related to learning and pushing for myself. if I did everything the medical system told me to I'd have permanent bv which i am trying to cure with dilation.
i found intravaginal estrogen useful too but i had to push hard for that script. oddly i now have that but no regular estrogen (somehow that's "gender affirming" and demonized).

yeah... vaginal soap should be malpractice but somehow is standard. they can get away with malpractice against us and desu some of them know it. and as i said there is always that undercurrent of "trannies are delusional and any treatment we give them is psychological placation"
am I on vaginal estrogen as a placebo or because it is a physical help? why do doctors place "i've decided that it shouldn't help because it isn't good for men to put estrogen on their penis" over our actual report? why is intravaginal estrogen in a neovagina compared immediately to men putting estrogen on their penis? I don't have a penis!
and your mom is supposed to teach you how to poop when you are two so the medical system sees no need to do that. I feel like blindness to the reality of our situation is common.
i had a doctor tell me once she wishes she got more trans patients. her receptionist had refused to let me schedule when i told her my history. only through a referral did i get in
I've had to beg for antibiotics and I don't think anyone understands that I cannot just go get uti medicine from my pcp. i blather but im at 2000 chars
