terribly angled photo but i can kind of see what you're talking about and the measurements check out. pretty common build for midshits honestly, i think almost all of us have a bit of a wide torso/small hips or poor waist definition thing going on, i've met lots of trans women irl and we all have something that we can nitpick. you can still pass but you just have to accept that you don't look like a supermodel, as my friend put it to me lately we can all notice flaws in our own bodies but it doesn't seem to affect how others treat us that much. i get that it sucks though, i compare myself to pretty cis women i see irl and feel bad about myself, but at some point you just have to try to overcome BDD and work with what you have. i wouldn't doom too much because you look good as is, definitely your body wouldn't stop you from passing and being desirable, and you probably haven't even exhausted all your options for improving it yet. the WHR is what i'd focus on personally, combination of pio and lifting could probably get you to 0.7 or close enough.
