AGP/HSTS
I don't understand the AGP/HSTS dichotomy, like that if I'm not HSTS I must be AGP (I'm bisexual but the dogma is bi = AGP), literally nothing about transitioning or femininity has made me horny, and most responses I see to people saying they don't experience the sexual arousal that defines AGP is that the sexual arousal is somehow like, metaphysical, or is somehow taking place in the freudian subconscious where I'm unaware of it, which seems like an insane statement for anyone to make in regards to what is a completely internal phenomenon that they just assert exists in me. It feels like people talk about it the way they talk about demonic possession.
Can we escape this "you must be one or the other" schtick? I'm not saying AGP isn't real cause you definitely get people coming to this board talking about their experiences but their experiences feel totally alien to me, I transitioned to relieve dysphoria and perform femininity mostly as a social obligation, I don't have strong feelings about it other than thoughts about the social expectations of femininity in general. Are we just doomed to live in the shadow of some guys freudian psychoanalysis?
