i think either unattractive pass, or nearly there but not quite yet. i think it's more the former because i can't pinpoint any specific features. if passing as an unremarkable woman and blending into the background of society is your goal, that's good news. if you need to be attractive to be happy then you might need to consider ffs for chin, jaw, lips, and/or nose. it isn't necessary though.

not passing here, it's a combination of general face structure and poor hair texture. how much do you weigh, are you underweight? some extra facial fat could help with the facial features, i think, since they give the impression of being very "severe." i would try this before thinking about ffs.
hair just needs more haircare, a good conditioner, a protein treatment occasionally, hydrating masks and a bond repairer like olaplex 3.
