im getting an ebike to make getting to work easier since i dont have a license yet and am looking at helmets,, is it cringe to get more of a moped helmet or aviator cap style helmet with goggles to at least be cute and dorky while keeping my head protected,,, please hep

unless you're going over 20mph you don't really need protection besides some gloves and long sleeves since 95%+ of the danger that comes from city riding is from cars

it is cringe but being cringe is cute, like really cute, especially if you’re clumsy enough to need a helmet when you really aren’t even going that fast on a moped! seriously though its okay the goggles thing sounds really cute you should go for it

Point being unless you are a maintained bike trail you should wear a helmet
