i’m in a ~5 year LTR with a straight cis guy. men who want to date us for non egg or fetish reasons do exist, but there are caveats. being passing, younger, pretty (even compared to cis women) and not insanely mentally ill are all more or less requirements. i don’t intend to be hurtful but this does exclude 90% or more MtFs. but if you can achieve all of those things, you can eventually find a man that likes you and is willing to overlook you being trans. my advice would be to avoid any man that seems a bit too interested in your transition. they will almost always later turn out to be transbians.

this is all pretty reasonable. It's not surprising when a cis person who has spent any amount of time around trans people has seriously interrogated themselves about whether they are themselves trans. I think trying to imagine that stuff is a natural part of relating to people. But I am still trying to date a guy and would NOT stick by someone who transitions, we can be friends but the relationship is over.

It's not impossible, just confirmation bias. I don't know what to tell you. Why don't more people seem to have repper/AGP-dars? Just don't date guys who are reppers/AGPs and you avoid this problem, it's not like it's hard to tell unless you have your head in the sand.

I'm straight and dating a trans girl that's the love of my life. I've never had a single thought or any inclination to transition and never will. I think one reason I'm attracted to passing trans women is because I'm not like the guy in the OP pic and it makes me feel good that I'm exactly what lots of trans women want and have hoped for their entire lives.

Also they can't get pregnant. And the girl I'm with has a way higher sex drive than any cis woman I've been with.
