What are the options for AGPs and how do you know which is right for you?
I can think of the following:

I gave it some thought, and came to the conclusion that maybe a lower dose of HRT is probably best (I'm not an expert on the endocrine system, so I don't quite know how possible that is).
Fact is, AGPs are still fundamentally masculine people, and while they have a developing feminine side, it probably plateaus at some point, it would be a betrayal of the self to totally transition, physically and socially.
I've actually heard of self identified men with AGP who've even had FFS.
Obviously the extent of your therapies/surgeries should take into account the extent (if any) of your dysphoria.

The foundation of AGP is wanting to be something- why do you want to nuke the desire to be something instead of attaining that something to the best of your ability even if it's unpassable.

Even something as minor as shaving body hair satisfies my AGP, but I still sometimes see women in certain outfits and think, I wish I could be as beautiful as her, I wish I could wear that.

Puberty is just where I realized that's what I wanted, and its also the start of the process that makes it less feasible.
