I found her Instagram a while ago and it was really quite moving. She’s clearly had a hard life, even moreso since It’s Ma’am, and she seems like a really nice person. I can’t say I fully empathise with demanding people gender you correctly, but then I also didn’t transition late in life, and so perhaps can’t understand how desperate she must be for relief from dysphoria.

I work with lots of people from disadvantaged backgrounds, and have been on the receiving end of plenty of abuse and anger, both in my personal and professional life.
