Struggled with cutting back in 2018-2021

Do your best, take a breath and go for a walk. The thing that helped me the most was doing my best to distance from media depicting SH. When I was in the spiral and my wallpaper rotations had multiple with references or visuals of SH. Lurking on SH pages all the time. It takes time, but finding anything to keep you occupied helped a lot. Good luck anon.
