My BF wanted me to get my nipples pierced but never told me out of fear that I'd be against the idea or judge him for it. But I also wanted to do this and was nervous to tell him for the same reason
So, now I'm going to actually do it. I've booked a consultation, and it's starting to feel real. I've never had a tattoo or had anything but basic ear piercings, I never thought I'd actually get a piercing like this. So I'm extremely nervous
For other MtFs who have done this, how was your experience? Is it worth it? I'm really worried about the pain and am wondering if I'll end up regretting it.

Ask for numbing cream. It helps but still hurts. Basically, it felt like they were getting ripped off for 5 seconds, then it was over. It wasn’t as bad for me as I imagined. Expect some pain in the first few hours after the procedure and sensitivity in the first few days.
It really stopped hurting after the first day though.

like with all piercings you will either love it or want to rip them out because of discomfort. i miss my belly button piercing :( stupid rejection after like a year and ahalf with it

I wanted to get nipple piercing to see if mine would stand up a bit,
a have decent boobs, but my nipples are completely flat. some people recommended it,

My friend says they rub against your shirt throughout the day and it’s the worst. She doesn’t have them anymore, but having had them is a point of pride. She has a shirt that says, “ do you think you can scare me? I willingly got my nipples pierced.” Or it says something along those lines.

Used to have them, loved them. Took them out once for surgery, they were closed the day after.
