im 20 and i haven't had any friends since middle school, i stay in my room all day, and i have a debilitating fear of social interaction

i don't have a job or go to school and both of those things terrify me, knowing ill fall behind and face the consequences because i can't handle even simple responsibilities

should i just rope? im not into fun things that normies talk about and im not strong willed enough to completely rewrite my entire personality from scratch

It helps when someone forces you to do stuff, but you really just have to do it. Just do stuff no matter how you feel. I used to not be able to talk to people on the phone and I just did it and I got better at it
