Warm fuzzy feelings all over my body, weaker to all types of pain, almost zero sex drive, and 5 days of 8/10 pain period cramps.

I eat whenever I get hungry, and I drink water even if I'm not thirsty. If I don't get hungry for over 24 hours, then I know I'm in a food hate spiral, so I force myself to eat.

I eat mostly carbs and cheeses. I made quesadillas, ate burgers, and many different types of alfredo and pesto pastas. I just happen to be very in tune with whatever nutrients my body needs at any given moment. 2000 kcal should be enough per day, and avoid ALL high fructose corn syrups. Fructose is the devil to metabolism since it bypasses a key regulatory step in glycogenesis

Just remember that estrogen doesn't move fat, it just builds new fat in different places. Without enough calories, you wont get any breast growth

no, i promise you it's not mental. I was taking a shower thinking about a car trip when I doubled over in pain. And every time it came up since, I doubled over in pain doing something unrelated only to open the period tracker app and it say it's my time

I didn't even know that we could feel period cramps, because we don't even have the uteri to shed the lining for. And I didn't know cramps could come without the shedding.

I told my physician, and they said that since I don't have any bleeding anywhere, it's probably not an issue.

I could get it checked officially using ultrasounds to check for a uterus or something, but I am not insured and I don't have money.
