taking e has weakened my muscles so much that my bladder is really, really weak now. that means it's a lot harder to control when i want to and when i don't want to pee. what are short term solutions to this problem BESIDES DIAPERS? i'm currently planning on doing some exercises and seeing my doctor soon.

i'm having this problem too :( sometimes a little comes out seemingly at random and it drives me insane. this has never happened while i have been out thank fuck but if it ever did i don't know what i would do. i don't have solutions but i hope other anons here do.

Have you tried doing kegel exercises to strengthen your pelvic muscles? A kegel exercise is where you squeeze the muscles in your pelvis, like if you were in the middle of peeing and you need to stop suddenly. Try to do 10-20 reps of kegel exercises holding each one for 5 seconds, rest and then do another one. Over time you can gain greater control of your ability to hold pee in.

You cant do anything about it, just drink lots of water so your pee is diluted

I know you don't want diapers, but you should consider them. Maybe if all you get are small leaks, you could get away with trainers or thick panties.
