i’ve seen tall passoids with good proportions and short hons with brick proportions

All of those asian and native ethnicities combined don't make up even 15% of the population.
And the asian part of russia is pretty empty overall, 3/4th of the total population live in the european part.

I live in belgium. am 180CM tall (5'11). Even if it's a tall country, and about half the men I see are taller than me, women are still, on average, 12 to 20cm shorter than me.

Hey OP why do you ask variations of the question so much? Obviously most people don't want to move to foreign countries because they don't speak the language.
