My roommates didnt even mention the fact that i made the tap water bubbly again.. i bought a replacement for the Sprudler part, its pretty cheap, then i bought a tool specifically for opening taps. The water is luxuriously smooth and bubbly again, before it was spraying all over the sink and making your clothes wet..

Do i get a thank you? No
Not even a mention.. people just take me for granted....

There's no way they didnt notice. Before it was like every time u washed ur hands or even turned the tap on, ur tshirt would get wet, the sink the wall it was insane. Now you turn it on it flows out so nicely that the sink itself doesnt even get fully wet, its beautiful.

Its crazy they never replaced it before

After all these years of helping others I learned that I should never expect anything in return, and that the more I do the more they want from me.

It's disencouraging and it took me a while to realize it wasn't my fault, but now I do things for myself, even if I get nothing from it, the mere satisfaction of performing a good deed is enough to make me feel better, except that I no longer take these decisions lightly, it needs to be something that is worth my time and effort.

Doing things for others is a fool's errand. Classical morality teaches that you should do good deeds without expectations of gratitude or reward which translates to being willingly exploited. In this case it's okay since you will use the sink more than anyone else there. I bet the guys don't even wash their hands after going outside and if they do notice the improvement they won't stop to think about why.

I wouldnt say im skilled... its really easy replacing the sprudler... its literally just a matter of unscrewing the old and screwing in the new one...
I want to be more useful and find ways of cleaning things in great ways..
Im not bad at cleaning windows, its kind of an art, i like to finish them by using very little spray on a microfiber cloth and then pull downwards all the way from the top whilst applying lots of pressure, one long streak from top to bottom, it only takes about 4 to do the whole window. After its been cleaned of course.
Cleaning is easy, the real art is finishing glassware. Even glass cups etc.

Now floor cleaning... thats a real finickey art. The trick here is not using too much liquid. Too much and youre cooked. Less is more. Obviously start dry, get rid of all possible degree, the easiest way to do this is having a really strong vacuum but i unfortunately dont... so i have to use a broom..

Anyway i came home from work today and guess what i see in the bathroom? The floor has shoedirt footsteps, there is pieces of hair everywhere ln the floor and on the sink. I have no idea what theyre doing in this place, are they fuckung shaving their ballsack?? Over the sink???
I might need to clean the sink and bathroom floor everyday now.
Isnt it fun to come back from a full days of work to getting on your knees and cleaning a bathroom floor by hand.
