I had breasts like that and detrans'd for a few years because I was a retard. You're not gonna get rid of them. I tried everything, losing weight, exercising, even ralox & tamox at different times. Shrunk a very, very tiny bit and that's all. Pretty much wasn't even noticeable that they shrunk.
And then when I retrans'd even that tiny bit of shrinkage reversed (and they grew a bit more, too.)

Really don't do that. I was just like you, even had an appointment and everything to have my breasts removed when I detrans'd. I realized how fucking stupid that would be only a few months before the surgery date and cancelled it and retrans'd. If I had went through with it and made such a permanent decision like that I probably would've ended up anhero'ing.

It happened to me when I stopped taking hrt a few years ago.
I was convinced I didn't pass and it never started, so I decided to just be done with it and rep. After a few weeks of dealing with menopause symptoms, I noticed my boobs were much smaller and after measuring, they had shrunk a whole cup size. I cried and realized how much I would miss everything, so I hopped back on hrt the same day.
Detransitioning might be right for you but it definitely wasn't for me. Even with all the bullshit that comes with it, it's still worth all the good things and happiness it brings me; even if that's seldomly so.
