I am 6'1, have similar proportions and seem to pass decently from what I've gathered but I don't even think that's the main thing.

The movement and posture difference is crazy, I move like a stereotypical autistic man and it sucks, they look super graceful in comparison.

I think you misread or misremembered the papers. Tall prepubescent girls (not tall after puberty) have higher likelihood of developing PCOS during puberty, that's it.
