They're not. Most of the trans women I know range from centrist to obnoxious sky (fox) news viewers.
The issue is that much of the (extremely scarce) resources for gender affirming care are being politically gatekept. So there is a need to at least tow the line to ensure access.

It's because the spaces outside of 4chan have persistent accounts and heavy idealogical gatekeeping. Here there still seems to be quite a bit of homogeny of thought, but it's not quite as homogenous as gatekept leftwing queer spaces. In the real, non queer, non fandom, non corporate world, you do actually run into people with vastly differing beliefs working together on stuff and hanging out. But most people you meet onlinle do kinda just live in the corporate/fandom/whatever consoomer world. Not every outlier spends time on 4chan, I think you could probably divide the user base into a small handful of psychological profiles.
I'm glad this place exists anyway so I must fit one of those profiles.

I suspect that 4chan girls are (at least ideologically) more prone to assimilationism, to becoming a woman socially, they pursue an intellectual ideal of eventually becoming stealth and not needing the trans label, because they know society does not accept trans as a label,
People outside of this site might lean towards radicalism because assimilation to the normals who coerce everyone into becoming one of them is seen as unjust, as a path of least resistance compared to changing society to accept what lies beyond the fringes of normality.

It’s a classic example of mainstreaming vs kowtowing to societal norms, except that the former is far more resistant to being accepted because normality and hegemony is a coercive force.
Also stealth people are incredibly boring, in this era where people praise individuality and being true to oneself it’s more entertaining and perhaps a bit more genuine to play with the ideas that boomers scoff at, in the same way that edgy people congregate to this place to say slurs. Being out of normality gives you that tiny bit of agency in an otherwise disempowering world

I'm completely schizophrenic when it comes to politics. one second I'm a fascist, the next I'm a communist, then the other second I'm an anarchist. I could never be a basic bitch liberal or conservative, that is for the bourgeoise. As i got older i realized if a true fascist regime happened i would be sent TO ZE CAMPS. So i stopped being fashy. And im a neet hikkie so im not a worker, under a communist regime i would be sent to the gulag, besides, i ask too many questions to ever succeed under communism.
