She kinda had a sort of "philsophy of medicine" argument, which I understand. how do we classify emotonal distress as "illness" and all that. A cis man being sad being bored is seen as a normal part of getting older, a trans woman being upset that she is growing a beard is treated as a clinical disorder that needs to be assessed and measured.
Thing is, its a topic for a theoretical paper, its a bad thing to just flip it out as a tweet and series of tiktoks where you dont have the chance to pick apart the nuance of the argument and its instead shown as a simple statement. Its really bad to state it when you are trying to position yourself as the public face of the trans community to normies. its REALLY FUCKING BAD when your country and many countries are looking for any excuse to defund trans healthcare
But Toob is rich tho, she can do what the fuck she want without consequences. She will have her own supply of hormones and cushy jobs in entertainment. Or just detransition in privacy. the majority of trans people who live on the boundaries of the community are the ones who get screwed over.
