But yeah, strength exercise is such a fucking cheat code for trans folks. it's unreal... MtF trannys have the biological advantage of being able to just stack huge amounts of muscle in strategic locations.
No worries though, extreme leg press injuries you see on social media are usually 80 IQ drooling, vain retards trying to meme Hercules by stacking ludicrous amounts of weights. The machine is harmless by itself if you use it like a normal human being.
But you can also do Bulgarian squats, low barbell squats and other exercises if you're more comfortable with that. Just be mindful of also growing your quads next to adductors and abductors. The latter two will give you a nice big ass and close your thigh gap if you have one, while your quads will really accentuate that hourglass or pear shape.
Maybe look for a training plan online (search for femboy fitness) or ask a trainer at your local gym. If you are going for a skinny build, also work on your abs.
Be dedicated and your lower body will look like videorel eventually. If you have a good fashion sense as well (if not, focus on cultivating one!!), you will literally MOG biological women to hell and back.
