Quite fond of lasagna, but mac and cheese takes the cake. I make mine with curry powder and it adds a nice tangy flavour to the cheese sauce.

If I can only choose from stuff o here it's Aglio e Olio.
But my mom made delicious tagliatelle with shrimp, parsley, shallots, garlic and cream and I still make them to this day.

aglio e olio is so easy to make and delicious. bolognese is nice too i need something meaty thats easier to manage like a sunday sauce.
i need to homemake pasta too, i have a machine and everything... tortellini seems like itd be fun

Aglio e olio is the best in that list, but it's too rich.
I love linguine with chanterelles and a persillade the most though.
