loose dress shirts & band shirts have been my best bet thus far, ive tried the other route with compression tank tops and it doesnt work anymore. mine are pretty small, like aa i think 3yrs in, so that might not work if urs are bigger

Go to amazon and look up "Esteem apparel" Compression shirts. Buy a size one size lower than what your normal shirts are. Works well. It's for Gyne, but they are really tight in the chest and turned my B cup into almost total flatness. That's why I get a size smaller than I normally get. Works great.

ttotally this and tape works but i got courage to try wearing sportsbra and omg the difference its so comfy and soft material i dont even know im wearing and boobs are way less visible and i feel more confident wearing it like i dont have to worry about it so much all the time and you cant see the strips under a hoodie and i didnt get seamless ones or anything and this is super cringe but i love how it looks on me too when im getting dressed and stuff
