what's the #1 reason for trannies to get into sex work? is it easy money, validation, or horniness?

i needed money, knew other people who did it, was told i would do well, so i did.
there was definitely some art to it that i chased, not much of it was horny desu.
it's also not very validating, kinda dehumanizing.
also people who do well with it, put in alot of work. it is a full time job that takes alot of effort if you want sustainable income

1/2 the population sees us as sex objects.
theres no humanity to it.
if i want humanity i go to a barn or a stable.
for a stable relationship.

yeah its easy lifestyle to get alot of freebies but its not easy, it takes some finesse.

theres not much sex drive to it.
but some tricks can get me fucking lit. and its validating in that moment that some guys want me so much and can turn me on more than anything i can get to naturally
the trick is to get out before the crash comes. and find a safe place to sleep and rest and heal.

then like keep a roster of good daddies that have the good dick and can keep you safe and take care of you. and they'll call when they want you.
i dont have the patience to be someones make believe bf or gf.
i just like to have fun and have a good night, and gtfo.
i dont catch feelings for them, cause i know they only see me like a sex object.
but they catch feelings for me and it freaks them out sometimes.
cause they never would think they could love a person like me.
but they all do.

Yes

More seriously, there isn't some #1 reason, it's a ton of factors all combined.
Think about it: it's relatively easy money and due to depression being really common pre-transition a lot of us (esp. if we transition past highschool) aren't very skilled and are trying to get our lives together OR are still suffering that depression a lot causing us to be fairly stagnant for a time.

Now just mix in that some people will want "validation" like you guessed (though it's really something else, i'm just not sure what to call it), then others will have super low self-esteem and not really view themselves as above it, and others still might try it from desperation but then prefer the relatively "easy" work even if it's degrading or risky, in the sense that it's not requiring some formal fucking contract (heh) or set-in-stone working hours and it's always easier to stick with something you've already gotten into the flow of.

Tada! You have your explanation for most trannerz.

This lol there was a point 2 years ago where I was applying for everything, would get an interview, and then never get called back.... Unfortunately I'm a real person who needs money at some point, so I would exchange pics and requests for money.
