Look up what remand is. So you've been accused of a crime, what happens then? You get placed inside a male prison, on remand. You are housed as a criminal, alongside convicted criminals, denied medical care and generally live day to day as a criminal, despite no conviction. It can take between 6 months to 2 years to be seen in court. So even if you followed all the rules and can prove your innocence, the system has still imprisoned you and forcibly detransitioned you. oh and the media will print your name and pictures, so good luck ever being able to have a normal life again.
