Runs in my blood too, that's why I mark every drink I have on a board so I can keep track and hold myself accountable. My dad, on his own, decided to cold turkey stop drinking at 65, after ~45 years of near constant drinking. I couldn't respect him more for it and I plan to do the same someday.
