OK so quick question about my measuring bideltoid

IDFK if im doing it right

ysee i kinda have a shitty back like trannies do, (tho for me its part genetic so errm i have a justification) but like i kinda have arched shoulders and stuff

but like when i measure my shoulders in their usual position vs when i try to unarch them and retract them it's like a 1-2 inches diff

so which measurement do i trust?

also do i wrap the tape around my arm to reach the middle of the deltoid or simple measure the distance between the middle of the deltoids without taking into account the circumference

Who cares. What does knowing the exact number going to change. They are either broad or slim
