Technically I'm allowed to have a gun where I live, but they have made it so UNBELIEVABLY onerous to get and hold onto one that it's just not worth the trouble. Once again gun control has succeeded in keeping guns only in the hands of weirdos whose lives revolve around the fantasy of shooting someone, while normies like me are locked out because we have lives.

Technically it is reasonably easy to get a gun permit here, but keeping the license is too much work and actually carrying it is problematic and using it in self defence would cause too many problems and might get me in trouble with the law. So I just carry pepper spray everywhere. Never had to use it so far but it's better to have it and never use it than to not have it and need it.

I recommend gun ownership for all LGBT people (and esp. trannies) but if you genuinely think you have a chance of doing something like that, yeah you shouldn't own guns. Just stick to pepper spray or something.
