Not all hsts are passoids, there are shitholes of countries where some of them wouldn't get easy access to all the knowledge or the money to allow for an early transition and do it really late in life, becoming hons. And not all agp are hons, it could happen that they have good genetics or were already twink enough to become passoids no matter how late they transitioned.
