I can tell you the exact reasons I've never had sex.
1. general lack of access to women for a lot of my life. Fear of going outside, kind of dropped out of school, etc.
2. whenever women do start getting close to me I kind of cease up and don't know what to do. Women are very bad at being straight forward. They'll never just say "I like you and I want you to touch my tits". You're kind of just supposed to know, and it's a difficult area to traverse.

I do have a sexual desire to be a woman. The feelings vary. Sometimes I want it more than anything, sometimes I feel very bad about not having it, sometimes it retreats into background for a while.
