I've gotten more progress in the past two weeks than I have in months. Here's what I'm doing:

Nightly:
- Cetaphil 20% urea cream, topped off with jojoba oil in particularly dry areas

After showering:
- The Ordinary Glycolic Acid Toner
- Jojoba oil
- Cetaphil 20% urea cream
- Spot treatment with 0.1% adapalene gel (I'm likely to switch to tret or tazret)
