In that case I'd suggest you join a wrestling club for beginners. Wrestling is a full-body exercise so just focusing on one part of your body won't get you far ahead. A good club will make you do all sorts of exercises before you get to the actual techniques. As a beginner you could work on your throwing and grappling strength - you won't do any crazy moves yet that will require you to be able to do a handstand or do a split, but you will be lifting a person and pin them to the ground.
