Don't want to transition but hrt makes me feel immediately better, like within hours. Could technically be placebo but literally within a few hours feelings of tension/angst/restless/irritation immediately subside. How do I achieve this affect without hrt? Would ssris do it?

just keep taking your HRT, retard (the same thing happened to me and I'm still not clear on whether it was placebo and feeling good about finally addressing my issues or if there was a real chemical effect that early in but my parents were acting sus around me and saying I was different within a day)

What hrt? Post your stack and mode of absorption.

Nope.

I'm repressing but I have taken HRT intermittently. Ive had the same experience. With E I feel better and more calm and chill. Without E I feel restless and shitty. SSRI's do help my mood a bit but not the kinda anxious gritty feeling that fills my whole body. Only Estrogen made me feel real.

I'm not gonna. I don't like it. Don't want to transition. Don't want negative side effects of hrt: infertility, boobs. I just want to be happy as a male.
>>40925372
uh stack? 3mg injection ev but not consistently because I dont want to transition. So like every 4 weeks or sometimes months in between or sometimes within 2 weeks. I used to be on hrt for 2 years and that was 5mg/week ev injections at the end

but ssris have some effect? then I should probably at least try it. maybe it would work for me. otherwise is there anything else? hrt is out of the question unfortunately. not gonna transition.

Transitioning is ironically looked at in a very binary way. You can cruise on HRT without getting new pronouns or plastic tits. You're a femboy/androgynous in spirit at least. That's the fact of it

HRT gave me noticeable tits and made my nipples super pointy to the point i cant wear a shirt at work without a binder after 3 months.

Wow, you must be a strong responder. Just pretend it's gyno, or did your face become all girly like f1nn5ter too?

hmm sorry it didn't work for you. ty for giving your personal experience. think I should try them

yeah this no real way to be on hrt and not transition and develop breasts. I want to be cis male and not even androgynous cis male. Even masuline is fine, I just want to feel better.

I pretend its fat ATM but only while I'm not taking HRT, while taking HRT my nipples are too prominent.

it's definitely placebo. I've heard drinking a cup of spearmint tea really helps stabilize the mood and make you generally happier. works best with herb teas.

Ok I will try and look into that. How do you know it's placebo?

judging by your pfp you might be beyond saving. but mixing the perfect tea cocktail for you could do wonders. you need to find out what herbs react to your body and combine them in a way that will give you similar effects of what you believe HRT doesn– except this time, it has an actual effect on your psyche. been there myself that's how I know, I don't want you to have the same fate as me
