seems like this person went for a more conservative rhinoplasty, maybe just a dorsal hump shave? but when that’s done the nasal bones have to be brought together to close an open roof.
that will narrow the bridge and supra-tip unless spreader grafts are placed, but it looks like they weren't.
the supra-alar creases are pinched together in both postop pictures and this is permanent without a revision. it's a "3-ball" look from certain angles, where in the preop it was a softer triangle. all fine for a white face but fucked on my asian face.. i now look like a transgender elliot rodger..
