You're cute, from one photo it's hard to say if you like universally pass and it's mutual brainworms or if something could be slightly clocky or that some ppl will read less kindly, but to me you look sufficiently nice that I can't imagine you ever having actual problems with people esp. with eyeliner like u have there, it's androgynous enough imo. ygmi and i agree with the anon saying you're cute but that ffs might help.Rlly, more pics are needed to even say more on FFS.

i hate having to give rougher outlooks but in ur case i think u'd need bangs as long as u can get away with + FFS. Also ur "sideburns" (not the facial hair type) kinda look off... maybe you could do somethingg there? Idk what, maybe some hair down on the sides even in a ponytail or shaving it? Framing might help out for now.

i really wanna see how you'd look with eyeliner, from a slightly better angle or in a mirror (less focal length distortion plus most ppl aren't staring at u that close up anyway), and a lil less utterly miserable (sorry, it's just super visible and it looks like it hurts ;_;)
