Have you tried eating strictly 1200 calories for a few weeks/months at a time? I have gone from 145 to 125 in a month and a half from being diligent with this and biking to work
I find that high fat and high sugar make me hold onto fat more, and so do large portions.
People will tell you calories = calories out, but this is only partially true. When your calories go too low for too long your body will prioritize fat retention, especially if you crash out from hunger and refeed too soon/too heavily.
Whatβs your height, weight and age? What kinds of foods do you eat?
