Patriarchy is not a myth, and the elite are the elite because of patriarchal structures. You have a really bad understanding of what patriarchy even means, because a fundamental aspect to it is that physical power = leadership.
Decrying patriarchy is not saying "men bad". it's saying "We should not live in a society where we uphold the values where might makes right". It's recognizing the fact that our society is structured in a way that uniquely benefits men- not all men benefit equally, but it almost exclusively benefits them. It puts the power in their hands. It spread globally like a plague when it was first created because the ones who enforced it simply raped and murdered and subjugated anyone with a different system.
Patriarchy is, at its core, the glorification of violence against other humans as a means of control. It's the reason that everything you described is able to happen and it's why we as a society allow those people to continue existing and profiteering off of us. Patriarchy isn't just glorification of men, it's glorifying the things that men are uniquely capable of, and the idealization of strength as the primary value a person has.
If you think that critiquing patriarchy is "pointing the finger" then maybe you should spend some time actually researching what patriarchy is and distancing yourself from the internal sting you feel when people critique the actions of men. Because it is men. It's not necessarily you individually, but it is men as a group.
