FFS is extraordinarily limited and ineffective because it changes only 7%, to 10% of your face, at best. That is not enough. The rest of your face and head will look masculine. The facial bones will stay the same and will clock you faster than ever. The cranial vault in trannies is taller, wider, squarer, and less projected from the profile (think of plagiocephaly). This means that even if trannies had the same cranial capacity of women (and they don't, as trannies have bigger brains), the overall shape would be different.

Until they figure out a way to implant your brain in another body or to melt your entire face and redo it from scratch, FFS won't do shit. You're fucked. Trannies act like FFS will grant them stealth privilege. Little do they know. Look at Lilly Tino.

A fag told me the other day that you can just burr the bone of the braincase, and this is truly stupid and demented because look at how thin the bone is. This is an MRI sagittal slice of a tranny. The bone is super thin. If the bone were thick, it would be easy to fix it. You would burr it and call it a day. The problem is that the bone is super thin but it's just the shape and the expansion that are different.

my unpopular opinion is that unless you pass before FFS, you won't pass after FFS. At most I consider all FFS to be beautification procedures. Theres so much more to passing than a few mm of facial bone here and there

Do you really need a clinical study to affirm the fact that it's possible to live your life happily? The current #1 model in the entire world is transgender.
