The obvious fact being that if a man is more effeminate, therefore undesirable to women, he's humiliated for it and he's the one who's called a faggot in the relationship, because functionally he's someone who failed with women while his partner in the superior position is effectively straight and desirable to women. Obviously a system that continues to reassert the proper virtue of traditional masculinity and being straight-passing.
Most trans people aren't subtle about this either.
So they fall into these strict roles, based off of just appearance really in terms of the female gaze.
