This is a closer comparison as that person sees their body clearly. But the belief that their life would be improved if they had their arms removed is a delusional one. No human naturally comes without arms. They won't be made better when we remove their limbs they will become disabled. Trans people's beliefs about what would be best for their bodies don't follow this pattern. What they want is simply to have the body that 50% of humanity has, when we treat them they become happier and more abled rather than disabled.
