does estrogen monotherapy prevent androgenetic alopecia

i just learnt that i got it from my mom's side (who is balding) and now am scared of getting it

is estrogen enough to suppress testosterone and DHT on its own

gonna get on dutasteride as soon as possible

im 18 years old and scared of losing my perfect hairline

Why not?
I'm not OP, but I've been on sublingual tablets and an AA or 5 or 6 months and I'm switching to injections now. Why not start estrogen monotherapy from the start?

Why are you asking me? Get your T and DHT levels checked without an AA. If they're in female range, you're good.
There's no reason to make these decisions based on vibes when you can just spend a bit of money and know for sure
