If I walked into a gun shop in a state of mental confusion and declared that I was Genghis Khan, obviously they shouldn’t sell me a firearm. Selling a gun to someone who is actively in the middle of a psychotic break would be reckless in the extreme. Trans people are even MORE deluded than a man who thinks he’s Genghis Khan.
So yeah, it is fair to ban trans people from owning guns.
