Well it’s still an example of religion stepping on trans rights, even if Christianity more often does that in the West. They shouldn’t be given that power even if they are from the “brown people religion”. Also, we don’t know if the girl was brown, Islam is a religion not a race. Most Muslims are PoC, but that isn’t an absolute.
It is in fact transphobic that the girls beliefs are that trans girls are men and thus they can’t share that space with a Muslim girl.
